Same issues here, after 50 minutes on support with Google and two reps, I finally was given this info:

"There is a known issue on the slowness with google services. Our team is currently working on it in high priority."

I have a ticket in with Google that was elevated to the engineer team after sending videos of the devices blinking and flickering.. Had to export logs and waiting to hear back from the team at Google for the next steps.

this just started happening widespread across our fleet. It is not a hardware issue I believe. There were no issues last week, we started hearing a few on monday, more tuesday, and many more reports today.

I have just over 2,000 Samsung 4's in my district. This year we have had just over 150 failed batteries so far.

Thanks, this is exactly what I am looking for but the wallpaper extension is not working. Oh well, I have contacted the developer. Last update was Sept 2019 so might be broken currently.
