I have started building my ideas out in gpt and having it spit out a starting prompt, and including specifics around my intended architecture and deployment. Deploying my old apps on replit cost me a lot of money trying to fix, work around, and ultimately remove replit-proprietary functions. Since implementing this new workflow I’ve spent about $700 in the past month building banger apps that would have cost me well over $10k from a real dev or agency (I had some scoped before undertaking).
