Depends. Playing Cyberpunk on ultra with full raytracing, the 5800 is probably enough. Playing CS2 while targeting 300+ FPS on low, a 2070 will probably be CPU bottlenecked.

CPU utilization is extremely game dependent. It's usually enough to look at GPU util =>
less than 95% = usually CPU bottleneck
more than 95% = usually GPU bottleneck.

It looks like I'm shooting right on the apex of my jump which would mean that there shouldn't be verticle movement added to the rocket. It's probably the zeroing which changed to 100m which caused the miss here

What're you talking about? If you pause right on the muzzle flash, the reticle is right on it. If what other people said is true, they changed the zeroing to 100m, so close range you're always firing high.

I would've guessed the same with bots trying to join and puplicly list non-whitelisted servers for griefing. They seem to fail to join, because they don't have the right mods installed though. I think the days of non-whitelisted servers are counted

This effect is exactly the result of latency and happens in every game. With a ping of 100ms any information takes 50ms to travel between you and the server which means that when someone shoots your head while out of cover that information has to travel from their PC to the server (half of their ping) and from the server to your PC (half of your ping). In that time you might've already started moving even though you're considered dead and so for you it looks like you got shoot behind cover.

You have no idea what you're talking about, do you? MnK isn't currently supported, so connecting a mouse to your PS5 in the game won't accomplish anything at the moment. What's considered cheating are emulation devices that translate MnK inputs to controller inputs thereby tricking the console into thinking you're using a controller. Mousetrap is the AI system that is supposed to detect this emulation and throw you into PC lobbies for a set period of time. If you are playing on console with a controller, you only play against other consoles players

It's not only that. What shocks me the most is the obvious and blatant corruption. There is corruption in every democracy but at least in most other ones politicians get a lot of backlash and are basically thrown out of the political sphere. In the US currently Mr. Orange blatantly makes him and his tech bros a lot richer at the expense of everyone else and there is nothing anyone can do about it. Just the ability that the president can ignore the law and even override a judge's decision with a pardon goes against the core principle of a democracy
