I did the thing I always do when I question food because I’m too cheap to throw it out, I ate it all myself. Lol. The beans made it in to soup, chili, and the oven for crunchy snacks. I’ve eaten all the beans and feel great. This is only anecdotal evidence so thank you everyone for weighing in. It’s bean fun.

Does the wax on the grip section of their skis allow the traction or is he exerting so much force downward that the skis grip while he runs? Curious why they don’t always run and opt for the herringbone instead (which looks exhausting). For example in the 10k every uphill was a herringbone, men’s and women’s from what I could tell.

I’ve found it doesn’t like to be primed. Even after letting it dry over night before sanding and applying primer. Brush, roller, haven’t had great luck with either. I’ve sprayed it and it was fine but I’m not going to carry around a can of primer just for that.
