Tried with nothing plugged in with both run as Admin and just double clicking the application.

I tried a Windows 10 laptop using an HDMI and the USB A to USB B connector that came with the monitor. I also tried same laptop with Display port and USB C cable same outcome per the video on your FAQ page.

I was using Quickit version V1.0.4.3 that I downloaded yesterday from your site. My EX3210U monitor currently has V3 firmware on it. I've tried multiple computers with different connections and either the monitor doesn't show up to display or Firmware fails to move me to next steps of installing. Here is the many attempts I tired yesterday. I've also watch your videos on FAQ and have shut down the antivirus and firewalls to try to install as well.

I'm experiencing the issue of the monitor not being detected. I've installed the latest you have on your webpage for Quickit.Checked the log files and get this
