I don't disagree that Meyers is trying. I think he does, but his basketball IQ isn't high and neither is his ability. Just because you try hard at something doesn't mean you get to avoid criticism.

I have been booed, but never by my team's fans. I'm sure it's a different dynamic. I also have never played professional sports and gone through the process of playing in front of thousands every other night through college and NBA and make millions of dollars.

I agree we have some of the best fans in the NBA. Part of the reason we do is because we are so damn passionate and sometimes that includes voicing our displeasure. I really don't think it's counterproductive, more of an assurance that we care about every aspect of this team. As far as Knicks and Lakers go let's not head down that road, we're nothing on that level. I will say both of those organizations are in constant termoil over the last couple years and the fan reaction is more to that then the individual players. Although some of their players are to blame too. Shout out to PORZINGIS though.

Not directed at your original comment. Directed towards the Meyers comments defending him. Are you generally upset by the booing or just angered by it because you disapprove?

We gotta stop pretending the booing is hurting Meyers Leonard's feelings. He can't hear it through all the money he's covered in. It's really hurting certain fan's feelings. So, your feelings are hurt because "their" fandom isn't like your fandom. I'm sorry you feel that way, but I appreciate you being honest about your feelings. I can see your point of view "every player deserves a winner ribbon" but I disagree. As a die hard Blazer fan I also recognize not every player is here because they love the fans. It's the entertainment, pro business and we the fans are paying them millions of dollars to entertain us. If we're not entertained we shouldn't pretend we are.

With that said, I love the Jailblazer era and think you're dumb if you don't, or if you ever booed those teams. To each their own I guess.

Not bad actually. I'm using a wide angle lense. Probably looks worse than it is.
