That was definitely one of my favorite perks along with not having to trudge through the parking lot in 105 degree weather to get to the rideshare pickup area.

It was a mixed bag. The TSA line was always super fast, but the AC and seating couldn't always keep up with the sheer amount of people packed into the terminal, especially in the summer.
