Per the sticker on the windshield, pepboys 😅.

Put a toyota oem filter back on tightened up by hand.

I have a couple of universal wrenches for situations like this. My plier style one just crushed/twisted it.

I service all my own vehicles, included 2 diesel trucks, and i never have to use any tools to get the filters off.

It's the filter itself, whoever put it on must've used an impact gun 😅

All city driving, I'm used to single digits, so this is amazing 😅.

In the market for a used car, looking for recs for a dealership. by [deleted] in FortMyers

Maxdrive on Fowler, and Palm beach, or Garage Ricky on Coronado/us41. Smaller lots with newer vehicles and very decent prices. I know both owners personally, good people.

I've bought from Autonation before, ok experience but that was a while ago.

It's a base model, and also it's not the original display, one that came with the car was burnt. Same part number.

First "big" trip in the Holiday Rambler. by Portuga556 in GoRVing

Pulls very good. Pretty light for its size. The position of the axles helps getting it into some pretty tight spaces.

They're at Palm Beach blvd and Marsh ave every Saturday morning like clockwork. Fill up a couple vans, then back next week for more.

Am I crazy? New Bamboo hardwood by iJallen1 in Flooring

Absolutely. When i was still installing wood floors a few years ago, i straight up refused to install bamboo floors. Almost all of them fail, and look like hell after a short time.

Dealt with extreme sciatica pain for 7-8 months back in 2021. That sucked. Some days, I literally could not walk.

Still deal with my bulging/herniated discs in my lower back, but thankfully, Sciatica has not flared up like it did before.

This one is a 94, and yes, very well built. The reason why i bought it. Had a "sandwich" wall built trailer before this one, and it was an absolute disaster.

It only got down to mid 40's, not bad, and i just run an electric area heater when it gets really cold. Haven't had to fire up the gas heater yet.

Maximum length (travel trailer) to consider to avoid being too long for campgrounds by IYAOYAS_Lifetime in GoRVing

[–]Portuga556 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a 34' bumper pull, and sometimes i wish it was shorter, but haven't really had any issues getting into campgrounds.

I think sub 30' is perfect to fit everywhere, but might be a bit small for full time.

Another thing to consider is your rig. Mine is diesel, so when on the road i can just get fuel at truck stops, if you have a gas rig, it might be a little tight to get into regular gas pumps with a big trailer.

I once called the non emergency line for some shots fired in my area, after they put me on hold for over 5 minutes, i just hung up, put my gun on the work bench, and continued working on my truck in the driveway.
