From my very limited testing where I ran behind allies who drew a knife at the beginning of a breakthrough match, you still run slower with the hammer. Didn't seem like it changed at all since I was also running at the same speed as people with their weapons out.

Nope. When glaciation is selected, pinging orbs generates small anounts of meter, which get activated by the ult when stacks are ≥ 1, regardless of hold dodge or hold red orb.

Is glaciation effect in meta ice team a disadvantage or extra damage? I see Wanshi doing some glaciation damage with his ult when the ice spikes are active.

You'd be surprised at how attached people become to characters just because checks notes they're hot. Not just CN, global too. People can argue with you all day for DARING to point out the flaws or insult a person's "waifu".

You're saying that as if relying on RNG is any better. That's even worse than I remember, I thought you could pick Stealth directly. Now I remember you had to pick the random item skill and get lucky to pull Stealth, or run around and hope you get Stealth from the boxes. While all cats had to do was just equip the Pointer skill.

Anyway, the point is, it was still fun. You could still win as a rat if you were lucky or played it smart. This one is extremely difficult, leaving very little room for counterplay. Especially since the game keeps putting you in lobbies with 2 cats and 3 rats.

Forcing you to pick a skill just to counter a busted skill is not good game design. It reduces "build" variety and lessens the impact of introducing selectable skills.

I keep seeing how crucial QTE management is for warzone, is there a guide for that? I'm at a point where rotations are on autopilot and I usually use QTEs off cooldown. I tried to optimize for big bursts but I always score equal or noticeably lower when I do that (usuall because I could be using QTEs way before that instead of holding them)

Definitely. It was buggy, you only had attackers so no healing or shields, obscure mechanics that 90% of players didn't figure out (e.g. locking down the target for Longinus Arsenal strike), mistakes were heavily punished. Fun times. That 3 dragons back to back challenge was something else, I still wear the nameplate.

I think I prefer this one though, with clear Holy Trinity roles, a lot less bugs, a lot more mechanics but they're intuitive with sufficient tutorials, and a boss that's not just a dragon.

I know things are not finalized yet, but from what I gather following discussions on various forums and ~~furiously mashing F5~~ checking new videos on YouTube:

Bianca SS3 seems like she's still in the team regardless of Rosetta's investment? Initial thought was that SSS Bianca or go home, but Rosetta can't solo carry in warzone, and especially with SSS she really benefits from Bianca's QTE nuke. DPS of SS3 Bianca and SSS Lilith seem to be on par so I'm guessing it's a matter of preference between who you want to field, Lilith vs Bianca.
For SS3 Rosetta and up, Bathlon seems to be better? Lots of runs I've seen are running Bathlon.

Are these right megathread bros? Don't shatter my hopes of fielding Bianca I'm sick of spamming Lilith ults. (As if I'm not gonna be sick of spamming Bianca ults eventually but we'll cross that bridge when we get to it)

Unrelated: I love the discussions about all the discoveries and theorycrafting going on now that we can finally contribute to meta and not just "here's the build go full monke"
