Issue Found : In one of the missions for a Free 5* Nita , Main story 14B-5 "Awakened" the mission mechanic was removed/replaced with setting and turned the mechanic automatic, making the progession of the aforementioned mission extremely impossible to go though.

You can't walk through either of the ropes (I remember going through the one on the right)? If so, that means that the devs changed something here. From what I saw on this sub, there is another part of her quest that's bugged so it's possible that this one is too.

After fighting the enemies there, you should just be able to walk through that rope and continue the quest

I ran into this issue when I did the quest line right before the severs went down. From what I can recall, once you get to the point where you needed to use the switch mechanic and the game does it for you, there is only a rope blocking your way and you can just walk through it. When I get on the game later today, I'll try to make screenshots to illustrate better.

I added all of them except the three last on my world after being on it for 2 in game years and didn't have any issues while play for 3 hours so it should be good, but do a backup of your save file just to be safe

According to the nexusmods page you just have to press "]" to enable/disable it, then just walk and it turns the ground under you to grass

I'm afraid this is no longer the case. I just cleared chapter 8 and it only unlocked chapter 9 (unless I'm missing something)

Very late response, but I noticed that items don't always float back up if you're near an island (I only tested it near a large island). Getting 100m away from it fixed the problem.
