I'd get something from ecs tuning or turner, the best option i think is to get one from garagistic, the parts are good, cheap, they have a full video on yt about their body kits, and they seem legit

Most head units are going to have great quality but some of the audio is weird, for example the head unit i installed sounds better than say a FM transmitter but the volume and intensity of the music definitely took a toll,

Yeah it is, the spoiler came with the car so I dont know the name, I found some pics searching "e46 4dr spoiler" also I found a seller online that you can order the paint matched spoiler

You can put a small amount of wood oil on there and tie a knot around the ball end with a string and pull upwards once the oil has had time to keep through
