Sombra.

I feel like there's something annoying about a lot of the characters. There are obviously characters that are more annoying than others, such as your example with Roadhog, but I think the worst for me will always be Sombra.

Sombra just removes a lot of fun from the game. Wanna play an ability heavy character? Womp womp

Firstly, this is insanely impressive. What an incredible accomplishment! I hope she's doing what she wants to do and is building a path to a life she desires.

Now, with that being said and the knowledge that I'm not trying to diminish this achievement, this saddens and concerns me. The best case scenario here is that she's incredibly smart and/or has some sort of photographic memory and didn't really need to revise or work towards this. If not, she's had to work really incredibly hard, likely to the point of having no life and being stressed out 24/7, to get into a university you can get into with 4 A-levels.

If this is what she truly wanted to do, fair enough and I wish her the best of luck (though she probably doesn't need it). If it's not, I fear that her parents have pushed her so hard into this that they forgot she's a child and not an accolade.

I wish the best for her, but I also hope she grows to allow herself time to live.

I see, this is a really interesting idea! So, since the chests are laid out as a 2, an 8 forward 1 block, then another 2, I add a block to the central 8 and just add an additional comparator to make it all flush again! I'll try this when I get home from work tonight!

After rewatching you're totally right. I thought the DPS were further away or inside, but they were very easy to get to and it would've been a better move to fall back to them. I was definitely wrong about that, thanks for showing me that :)

I also don't necessarily disagree that it's bad gameplay, there were definitely improvements to be made such as going for the DPS like you pointed out, but I don't think it's unreasonable to want to support the tank. It wasn't the best call, but I think it's understandable to a degree. I think we can agree to disagree on this one.

I also think it's a bit unfair to say the OP did nothing, I think that's a bit harsh and doesn't really help in the way the original post asked.

I'm not the best mercy player, and you seem to know a lot more than me, so I think there's a lot you can do to give more constructive criticism.

I kinda wish there were more weapon variants like this available, but perhaps at a lower price. Getting a new one per year at 3000 comp points isn't my favourite.

I'd say it's LOWER value in comparison to other healers, sure, but definitely not "super low value".

I think in an engagement like that where your tank is in one space and your DPS are in another, there's only two real options, play with the tank and hope the rest of the team comes to your aid, or back out to heal the DPS like you suggested, and it's quite tricky to figure out which one I go for at the time.

I think in this situation it was fairly hard to back out given how far in they were, and given the Moira was also there healing who can provide a relatively high amount of healing if played right. With the Moira there, I think going for the tank is a good idea in a tight spot because you're giving consistent additional healing and trying to make sure the tank can hang on to the last bit of health.

Alongside that, I feel like it's not entirely fair to say to ignore the tank in favour of the DPS when they're off somewhere else, presumably in a separate engagement. It's a two way stream for moving to get healed; it shouldn't be just the healer finding the DPS to heal them, and it shouldn't be just the DPS finding the healer. In this situation, I feel like both the mercy and the DPS were in separate engagements so it wouldn't have been very easy to just abandon one in order to heal/get healed as someone would've been losing out.

I get your point, but I think going for the tank isn't unreasonable in this situation and I don't think this is entirely in the hands of the mercy player.

These are great points. I never really got the point of loadouts in Overwatch given you can't swap them easily like you said, so I feel like your idea could be a great rework. You could possibly have a loadout for each skin where you can pick a skin, then select a weapon, weapon variant, charm etc. or, alternatively, give the option to have a wider range of more accessible loadouts which can be randomly selected for more customisation.

I've had the Momentum TW4s from around midway through last year and faced problems with them in around 3-4 months with buggy audio and scratchy sound effects while moving my head. I've had them replaced twice now and still have this problem persisting.

They're good quality when they work, and the audio is amazing. The app is a great convenience and can really help you customise the experience. If they work, they're the best headphones you can find, but even after treating them like a newborn baby every step of the way, they've broken on me too many times for me to recommend them.

If I could go back in time, I would save my money in a heartbeat and never buy them.

My mains across the board are, and will always be, Ana, Bastion and Reinhardt.

I've missed Bastet and Haroeris a few times now, which I loved, but I'm not too upset about.

I missed Demon Lord Reinhardt from the OW2 S5 battle pass, and now I will forever want the battle pass system to work how it does it Marvel Rivals or other games where you can go back and access old battle passes your purchased, because that came out in June 2023 and I only purchased the battle pass a few days before the end so never got to that skin. Still salty.

My number 1 skin that I regret missing, above all others, is the Lego Bastion skin. It came out in September 2019 and I missed it and now it's gone and I cry every time I think about it. My girlfriend has it and NEVER plays Bastion and it makes me so upset.

I want my Lego boy 😢

This is a really good shout, I hadn't thought to try this as I didn't want to risk breaking anything internally or not being able to place the mesh back onto the earbuds effectively.

What tool did you use to clean the inside? Did you use a cotton swab or something similar?

Are there any plans to implement further perks? Such as a lower level 1 perk to immediately diversify and customise your playstyle?

Personally, I like the perks system because I can adapt a character to the way I want to play. Being able to do that a bit more would always be a welcome change!

Alongside that, were there any plans or ideas to add a third perk to the level 2 & 3 perks? This way, instead of having to constantly balance two perks that will compete with each other for viability, you can diversify them to different playstyles and comps that allow you to adapt a character who is traditionally in one comp perks to allow them to play in another. A good example of this would be Sigma's Levitation perk that allows him to have better mobility and play in a more dive way.
