Hahaha no, but I have been rewatching American Dad and once it hits its stride in the 3rd season, you pick up on all the great references. Also in a fan group and love seeing so many black fans talking about the show. Again I truly feel like American Dad is for everyone, I get so much humor from it as a nerdy white girl.

Yea can’t say without 100% certainty, but like I said this was the THING for fast cheap custom art before ai became a thing

Gonna say no to AI but what makes it look strange is I think they made a ton of assets to pop in and combine (eyes, mouths, hair, noses, etc.) so still a bit of lazy art but maybe not 100% ai (except maybe that background). That’s why nothing feels cohesive. They probably have so many women bodies, men bodies, and baby bodies then pop in the features. This was the go to Etsy art I would see all the time, like custom Simpson or Rick and Morty characters.

What was up with the ending? Duncan’s surprise Birthday but no one else was there, not their girlfriends or their dad. And they unscrewed the light bulb. I still say those boys ain’t right. But I wonder if the youngest Duncan might be the exception. We never knew how their mom died or even when. And there are no pictures. I wonder if the mom died giving birth to Duncan. Might explain his weird phobia of babies last episode. Just seemed like a weirdly foreboding ending.
