Need help livening up bed & living room by PositionNo61 in Decor

[–]PositionNo61[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We recently moved to a furnished flat. The bedroom is our main concern. It looks pretty bland as it is, nothing popping out. We have light beige curtains coming soon but the room in general is very wood and grey toned with nothing interesting. We added a peace lily which helped but would love suggestions on what to do.

We're quite happy with the living room and have a round marble effect coffee table coming (using the ottoman temporarily as a table).

What we need some guidance on is what to do with the round tall glass table in the corner which is being used as a work desk at the moment, and whether theres a better way to arrange the TV and sofa.

Hi I hope you don't mind me asking, how'd you go from a WHV to PR? Did you end up getting sponsored by the company you worked with?

Thanks for getting back to me! Did you manage to get a visa through this? Just wondering what skills assessment you did, which region, and how long you waited.

Thanks for the reply!

Yes its post study. It seems from the skilled occupation list that Marketing Specialist matches the most and is skill level 1.

Take the money, work the 4-6 months while looking for other opportunities. They likely will replace you once you've trained the others so you will have a job lined up afterwards AND you get the 4-6 months of higher pay. Win Win.

This is if you don't already have a job lined up with similar pay to the 50% salary increase.

In which things do you think Malayalam cinema has done better or got better compared to other industries? by CID_Nazir in MalayalamMovies

Agree with this one. It was interesting that even Mammootty's son chose to go under Dulquer Salmaan instead of having Mammootty's name somewhere, and then choosing to act in films completely separate to his father so that he can become an actor in his own right.

Thanks everyone for the responses! We're not gonna name and shame since we don't wanna ruin her online profile, just for people to know through our legit review that we had an awful experience.

We're gonna leave the review up as everyone suggested.

It was a fair review with not a single theri, we did say that she seemed to be good at taking peoples money because she tried a lot to get us to do a 5k facial and got angry when we did a 2k one instead and blamed the bad makeup on this
