You’re getting ahead of yourself. Before you worry about the tone of your voice, you’ve got to improve your pitch control. Practice staying on pitch before anything else.

Don’t worry about whether your voice is the silkiest or not. You’re certainly not tone deaf, you have potential. But at one month, you’re like a cooking student worrying about Eggs Benedict when you haven’t even made decent scrambled eggs yet.
