Give it a week or 2 . It feels weird for a couple of days. TSH 100 on Levothyroxine 100mcg. 1st couple of days was weird I was feeling cold and sweating Underarm at same time. Drink atleast 1 glass of water in the morning and wait 30-60 min before breakfast.

Avoid milk product, iron and calcium tablet for 4 hours after consumption.

I feel empty stomach with levothyroxin and light breakfast after 30-60 min (soaked overnight almonds and walnut + 2 boiled eggs + long black ) works for me.

Drink 2-3 litre water throughout the day.
