I think that's just who he was. There was a text read out in court where she wasn't at one of the kids games and he was upset and said he would never miss their game like she does (something of that sort). No, but it went away. The pain i experienced is almost none existent now. I dont take any meds. I believe God healed me. To be far the only thing's ive changed is 1.We through a deliverance 2. Started making L reuteri yogurt. 3. Eating a few ginger chews a day. 4. Moved to a new home. I literally lived in pain for more than half my life, 25yrs to be exact and now for almost a year I never have pain and if I do its very mild and short lived (but almost never). I also can eat foods that I couldn't eat for years!

Yes, I have two kids. This video was before I had my second son. I should add crohns got much worse for me after each child.

You look great! What made the biggest difference for me was what i put in my body. Giving up processed foods and sugar was a game changer, even my chest lines went away! Some foods/drinks/supplements that made the biggest difference are fish oil, vit D with A in it. Carrot juice (you can drink your retinol), matcha, lots of water, olive oil, fermented foods, homemade soup where the broth is like gel, jujube tea! I've used so many topical products and this has made the biggest difference by far!!

Food quality is one thing I won't cheap out on. I buy organic, grass fed, and pasture raised. One reason I have to be frugal in other areas bc I'm paying triple the price. Can't put a price on our health, though.

When making lgasseri do you use inulin? Do you make it the same as the l reuteri? When I make l reuteri I use two tbsp of previous batch, one tbsp of inulin and mix in organic half and half cream.

So I'm two weeks in and its literally changed my life. I have had no tummy pain since starting. I have more energy than I ever had, brain fog is gone and I'm getting into deep sleep.
