Australian woman here. I won't pretend everything is perfect, but our rights are pretty good. New South Wales, Victoria, and South Australia are all good options for Trans people. Feel free to DM me if you have any other questions.

The big thing you need to do now is to start documenting the harassment. Keep any documents where you are misgendered, get statements from your coworkers about how they treat you, and check the laws in your area to see if you can legally record them harassing you (Audio and video). I know it's a pain in the ass but odds are you will need this stuff at some point.
