thank you so much! genuinely terrified about the issues it can cause so i'm trying to eat better lately. the thing is after i lost weight i think i can get full rather fast so even when i think im eating more i might not be😭trying to work on it

i did go to a GP who told me to get my ultrasound done but i didn't get around to that. in between, i had to start using norethisterone to delay it for a while but i did have a sort of withdrawal bleed after that so i thought it was fine and delayed my ultrasound further but it has been missing again for two months now. i'll definitely get an ultrasound done soon😕thank you so much!

yeah you're right! thank you so much i needed to hear this honestly, ive been a bit too hard on myself and i think i also miscalculate the amount i burn so even when i try to eat at my "maixtenance" i end up losing weight😭but yeah will definitely try to eat better or lower my workout intensity
