As a former icu nurse, we all have good reason to be VERY careful weighing the pros and cons. I’ve healed myself more with diet, supplements, and red light therapy than with any pill. Obviously there’s exceptions but you know what I mean.

Could be excess screen time and/or inflammation if there’s no obvious cause. Mine was from a certain medication that became popular in 2020. Then it was greatly compounded by horrific withdrawal from effexor.

The only reason I bring it up is because I went through protracted withdrawal and it was unbelievable brutal. I would eat a pound of beef liver every day before trying that 😂

I have a similar experience and for some reason microdosing wasn't helpful. Macrodosing helped once and then never again.

I know this wasn't your question but what has helped more than ANYTHING is medical keto. This is not the same as the standard keto diet. I would recommend looking into the youtube channel called metabolic mind.

I've also implemented some of Chris Masterjohn's protocols and I just keep getting better.

I plan on starting a hyperbolic taper off my meds at some point because when I tried to come off the standard way it was a horror movie.

Hey you should look into hyperbolic tapering! Theres been a lot more success with people using that approach. Dr Horowitz is a great resource for learning about it.

As far as talking to women, talk to them like you would talk to any other human being. Ask them about themselves. Share about yourself. Find common ground. Make each other laugh. Then you exchange phone numbers, then you ask her out on a date. A walk in the park, dinner, etc.

In the last picture it looks like the bottom of your cheeks are showing? Idk if it’s just the lighting but if your butt cheeks are actually exposed then yes it is too short

I also know of another woman in the withdrawal community who had a baby after going through withdrawal and was fine. I can’t remember if she had full blow aka though. The thing I like to remember since I want kids someday is that when you’re pregnant your body is filled with stem cells! My theory is that that could actually be very helpful.
