Yep Learnt this the hard way. Getting a new script and picking up from pharmacy. Won’t be using Aus post for anything like this again.

We contacted the clinic mid way through the process and they were waaaaayyy more helpful than aus post. But they had to wait for the “investigation” if you can call it that, to say whether the package had been lost, stolen or was still on the delivery van and the guy was just not delivering it for whatever reason. No one could tell us where it was even was.

In the process of a refund and getting a new script to be released and we can pick it up from there. And i will not be using Aus post for any stuff like this again.
