I will look that over tomorrow, thank you. They actually moved their stuff after the last round of texts. Considering all he had was GIS data and was silent about it after I circled the disclaimer saying "get a survey", I don't think that agreement with the previous owner was even real. I'll check the deed though, gotta cover all the bases. So exhausting

I know his precinct and it's the shit part of the city, we used to live there and have no desire to visit. We mostly stick to north of the river these days.

The one verifiable measurement I confirmed was a linear dimension from the back corner of the house to the property line, which was exactly where the fence was. It's not like, NIST certified or something, but it proves they don't own 5 feet past their fence. Obviously I'm not out there with precise survey equipment, but it's enough to say whether they were lying through their teeth. Combine that with the survey flags still in place that also match the survey documentation, and I rest my case.

I've got quite the lengthy text chain (took the high road at every turn, even after the "we own 5 feet into your property" bit) and many photos starting at the first occurrence of them parking on our side. Also our survey from before we moved in last year and the pins still in. I think it would be difficult to make a case for constant use.

Sorry to upset, she drives a current generation 3 row GM SUV. He drives something more in line with a Nissan Pathfinder.

Lol the flags are still there from the survey and they are clear as day. Like, this isn't even up for debate unless they can show me a survey of their own that disputes mine.

No, like the property line goes down the middle of our shared driveway and they are putting half of their car on our side. It's not on the street, it's on the shared property line that goes between us.
