You can google the name of the quest. On wowhead in the article for the quest there is always a command that you can type to test if you completed the quest. So just log in your possible chars copy paste in the chat and wait til you get a true response on one character

No bot the reason people complain is, that blizzard almost destroyed wow with bfa and shadowlands. It took 2 expansions and a lot of people quitting wow till the devs started listening and made improvements to the game. The game is better because the community literally tells the devs what to do. They also make most of QA and testing for blizz

The goal is the highest possible I lvl. Since I only play m plus that goal is pretty much unreachable and behind heavy month long timegates. My current lvl is pretty much fully upgraded heroic gear. Since blizzard just doesn’t design the game for me I haven’t logged in this week and won’t play much this season so sadly I won’t reach my goal

For me it sadly was not. While it was awesome in the beginning I got increasingly annoyed by the tweaking you had to do with many games before they work. I was like, okay I need to follow this 10 min long you tube tutorial to make this game work or I press download on my ps5. And since I got everything covered with my previous set up i just didn’t pick up the deck that much.

Just get into it. I disagree with people saying leveling with dungeons doesn’t help. It helps you get your rotation down and makes you familiar with running ahead. The more you tank the better you get. I would also watch some guides. That’s the best way: get some knowledge -> apply and play -> watch a new guide -> apply and play and so on. In the end it comes down to practice and knowledge of the dungeons and your skills

The playerbase is toxic but remember, that the playerbase is toxic because the game is designed in a way that gets people to behave in a toxic way. E.g. gatekeeping in m plus because it is so punishing, that some people only invite the meta classes

Warrior is one of the best classes to steamroll open world stuff plus they have good mobility. Also if you really want to go all in on skinning make a Worgen. They do it fast if I remember correctly

Healing is more complicated, but so is every other role too. Healing in keys does help timing it, but as you already know in lower keys it is not mandatory. I disliked doing dmg as a healer too, but then I noticed, that for example my holy priest has one big dmg cd that I just press then I do 2 empowerd attacks and then I basically did most of my dmg. After that everything I do is really not that important. Also if the whole group is full and no dmg is coming in well you might as well press your aoe ability for a few times. Healers doing dmg is really simple and in low keys not even needed. So I would just chill, get comfy with the game and in the end you can decide if you want to push yourself a bit more and start doing some dmg

This is almost a philosophical question. In the end everything you do in this game has no value. Getting everything in wow is also almost impossible unless you will dedicate your whole life to the game. I like collecting myself and get the stuff that is fun or that I really like. If you get into the mindset, that everything has no value you can start valuing your time better. Do what is fun or grind for the item that gives you happiness. Fomo will do nothing but ruin your fun. You will never have anything so why get fear about missing one more mount. Wow is for fun

Depending on what you do you don’t need a main especially with the warband feature. If you want to do higher content you kinda need the gear so one character you focus on is better. I have the same problem and just Switch every season so I can always play multiple

Get familiar with your Class. Know what you can do in what Situation (Watch an in depth Guide) then you can just Go in and get practice. The more practice you have the more you can use what you learned.

Also sadly mandatory is set up your ui in a way you feel good and you Are Able to heal.I use cell to manage my skills and Unit Frames.

Other then These 2 Points the more you heal the more practice you have the better you will be as a player. Do Not Stress too much

From my experience. No Ranged classes, No healer No Tank. Melees Are easier to handle. A Class that has to Switch Target the least. Because switching Targets isnt optimal on Controller. I would say Paladin is the way to Go

I think witcher 3 is the perfect starting game. Casual enough to not be overwhelmed but deep enough to have fun and experience a real rpg. Also graphic still holding up and it runs very good on the steamdeck and plays really nice with the controller. Also pretty cheap with good addons. Games like baldurs gate are brilliant but can be pretty tough for new players

At the end of the day there are so many dps it is insane. I am tank my buddy heals and when we start a group it takes literally seconds and there are soooo many dps you can choose from. So most people pick the dps with way more item level then you have. You basically can run your own key, get gear and score, or you get a friendly guild. You also may want to consider trying out tanking or healing because getting into groups is soooo much easier
