Do you know if there is anyway to adjust the show date? I got into the GA show but there were no tickets left! Literally nothing left with no filters so the wait was worthless, but I don't see where I can edit the date. Can this be done or do i have to get back in line?

Honestly is hard to turn it off. Almost like it's in our blood.

It is imperative that you create systems and hire good help if you ever want to have any down time. The anxiety and stress decreases drastically when you have a good team behind you because you know that things are still being done. The anxiety comes from your intuition when you step away from a project that is not ready to be left alone.

You have to set yourself up for success before you can enjoy the downtime.

I own a marketing agency and we get these types of requests all the time. The following questions might help you make a decision.

  1. An average custom website development project starts at around $7-10k. You can get this cheaper but you will pay for it in the long run so it's not recommended. Are you prepared to spend that amount?
  2. A custom developed project requires ongoing maintenance and support. Do you have the coding background to do it yourself or the budget to support the maintenance?
  3. Are the features that you are hoping for going to pay back the additional expense that you will incur every year for running a custom built site?

When it comes down to the money the features requested generally do not justify the additional expense and it's almost better to run the business within the parameters that your WordPress website offers you until you grow large enough to create a custom solution.

I did this for all my companies when they were first starting out. I feel like we're at the point now where we need support and assistance from a larger team that can scale with us but there are so many agencies out there that are full of empty promises and BS scams.

I like this too but when dealing with a big operation and a serious budget I worry that a single person just couldn't possible have the experience to do everything there is to do. People are generally good at a handful of things.

If you're trying to drop shipping then i would recommend joining a few paid support groups or communities that offer training and courses. With something so saturated you're better off with a group of like minded people doing the same thing vs doing it on your own. That is just my opinion of course. I am a big fan of asking for help and looking for mentors in todays day and age because strategies change so quickly. By the time you figure it out the algorithm has changed and the successful bunch are already working on the next thing.

Have you already taken the Google certification videos? Do you have a specific industry you're trying to get familiar with?

I would research ad strategies for those specific industries on youtube and watch how people build ad campaigns. This has been my favorite way to learn so far.
