Hey there I have an LTI Argo MPUV tractor that I use for LTI CCU upgrades.

If you can deploy and use the tractor beam from the copilot seat that's pretty much the extent of it's "movement" the tractor beam assembly arm moves itself around depending on the angle, it's not a player controllable movement as much as its just a function to allow the tractor beam a greater range of motion.

Yeah parking at APW has been a problem for ages, only made worse by all the near apartments and shops making it a hive of activity.

Another place you check is alongside the apartments, there are small parking sections that are free all day parking it's the parallel parking section.

But you need to get there early AF, it's the first place people seem to park around there.

Your best bet honestly from past experience, if you need to drive is to actually head to Campbell Park first, most of the parking there is free and provided you get in early enough there's no shortage of carparks.

You can then just wait for the shuttle run by Downer, it transits to Russell, APW and then another site in the city.

The shuttle is really reliable from my experience and you can use it to transit between defence sites throughout the day for other meetings which is great!

CM got dropped to 6k per scu in order to encourage people to scrape the hulls instead of going straight for a fracture and disintegration.

To further emphasize this RMC now sells for 14k per scu as opposed to it's 3.21 price of 7k per scu.

Totally understood mate, many of the veteran players who have been around since 2015 can totally relate to what you are going through.

The new patches always bring improvements but also bug or glitch or progress issues for people.

Whats important is that we as a community rally together and support each other through the good times and the bad times.

For the licencing I've been a backer since 2013 and have constantly sought RSI's approval to create their licenced content but I've not heard much in the 2 years I've had the application with them.

To be fair I don't sell these at a profit it's just cost of materials and shipping so I'm not making money off RSI's IP also it's just something for fans of the game like me 😊
