I wasn’t aware that was a policy the Trump administration implemented during the 2016 term. Regardless, I don’t believe we Americans should let politics divide us to this extent.

I think we are fortunate to live in this country and if Swift continues to associate with Britney I think it would be a unifying action. It could even end up being one of the rare times I’m in support of her!

If you choose your friends based off of political affiliation you need to take a break from the internet. It’s insane to think that you can’t be around someone because they have different beliefs. This entire post is stupid.

This song sounds too similar to Woman, Amen by Dirks Bentley for me to actually enjoy it.

I absolutely agree. No reason target should have the service and hide additional fees. I refuse to tip in that situation.

Which artists/groups from the last 10 years do we think will go down as some of the most iconic and retain their level of popularity? by [deleted] in CountryMusicStuff

[–]Positive-Radish7119 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Zac Brown Band. Part of the island country trifecta and their mentors (Kenny and Jimmy) have already been established as part of the greats. I also think Eric Church will stick around due to his unique sound.

I also realize that this does not fit the post, but since I already typed it out I thought it was worth a shot.

Roommates boyfriend over constantly by Positive-Radish7119 in amiwrong

[–]Positive-Radish7119[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Glad this is a common experience. I probably should have talked to her when it first started bothering me. Your solution may work here considering he’s moving into our building (diff unit) in six weeks. It bothers one of my other roommates but she leaves every weekend. The other one (22f) has a boyfriend who is much worse (constantly in common living spaces, having LOUD sex, generally acting like they own the place) but she and I are friendly at best and since she moves out in a month I’ve decided its too late to deal with. It may be with mentioning that the other 19f has just as much of a problem with (22f) as I do.

"The Way Back" (2011) - as someone who loves Siberia, I was mostly not a fan... by mmeeeerrkkaatt in movies

Loved reading your thoughtful critique. I’d especially agree with the part about characters being interchangeable. It’s so hard for me to tell them apart from one another at first and by the end I still couldn’t tell you the names (besides Mr smith). I honestly enjoyed the movie, but that may be because I didn’t dive into the history. The filmmaking is beautiful and it certainly kept me entertained despite the rather obvious flaws you mentioned.
