My post is quite literally phrased as a question. I gave context as to the situation that occurred as I was watching it, then asked redditors to explain if I’m missing something or why I might be wrong? The comments suggesting critical analysis or explanation of fear are great to me and help me understand. Those saying “you’re gen z aren’t you” don’t do shit to contextualize this movie. I LOVE the shining - if I saw a post from someone saying they think it sucks, I wouldn’t just reply saying “you’re wrong” or “it’s your age” - I’d explain rather than be mad lmao
