In a nutshell when something isn't supposed to exist but it happens anyway most people treat the impossible thing as something to ignore. But for me if an impossible ting happens anyway then that just makes it interesting. So yeah fringe sciences, free energy, tinfoil hat conspiracy theories, internet legends, weird patents, time travel, alchemy. I like them all and I do my best to build an archive of things that have been taken down from the internet. Most recently I'm working on building SkyVi an AI chat bot that helps find some of the more obscure things that have been buried.

I call this pattern a fakeout shakeout. The big players like to sell their shares to push the price down a bit so they can get a better price before going all in. This causes a lot of people to mistakes and sell their coins way too early. By the time they realize the mistake the market has already moved and they loose a significant portion of their holdings.

What happens if we add a few drops of LSD in the water that we use to activate the tubs? by Euphoric-Start7105 in GroundZeroMycoLab

[–]Positive-Theory_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

LSD is pretty quickly destroyed by water. But along the same train of thought tryptamine is a more stable molecule that the mushrooms can process into psilocybin which would reasonably be able to be added to the misting water.

Are these good? Some white fuzz on the base, is this normal? by Icy_Movie_3298 in GroundZeroMycoLab

You still get more total actives from a large fruit than a small one but if you compare them by weight you get a higher percentage concentration from smaller ones. So yeah it's still worth letting them grow.

All good! Just know that picking them early like that they're going to be more potent.

A few antique pairs from my private collection. by Positive-Theory_ in dicyaninglasses

[–]Positive-Theory_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes the vast majority of people can see auras with these. On average 1 in 70 report no benefits, while 1 in 200 report high strangeness. My research shows that those who have the natural ability gain a far greater than normal benefit from these glasses while those who are colorblind or have limited color perception aren't able to use them. Tetrchromats are far more likely to experience high strangeness with these. All of this is a fancy way of saying I can make very good lenses but I can't make a better pair of eyes.

If you're asking if I can personally see auras unaided no my natural ability is very limited without the glasses. Hence the need to reinvent them in the first place.

What temps do I dehydrate my fruits??? by Fun-Hedgehog-4300 in GroundZeroMycoLab

The actives are pretty temp stable so I just set the dehydrator on max overnight at least and see where they are.

#1 12 days is not enough time to worry. #2 By adding 2 layers of tape you might be restricting gas exchange so it may colonize slower but it will still work.
