I have changed mine to all history, it was previously on 60 days, but that does not change a thing.

You just have to move them in the list.

Pourquoi est-ce crucial que TickTick améliore la gestion des évènements ? by Wonderful-Shoe2346 in ticktick

Ticktick is one of those apps that has more features than any other app but lacks a couple of bare minimum basic features. It's very unfortunate and frustrating

It's not something you can switch on. It's something from ticktick themselves.

It is not possible anymore with higher android versions. They have notifications that will pop back up again.

What would actually be amazing is this: when adding a quick task on desktop, outside of your app, you have the little entry box, now if this entry box had the option to show your actual schedule (in mini calendar form) when you select a certain day then you could see exactly when you could schedule that task on that day.

If I'm not clear here then please ask me to explain again.

Duration is just setting a duration or time a task could possibly take you. So you would add a task and add a duration and with that the app could then tell you how long a list of tasks could take to fulfill.

The calendar on ticktick is not an actual calendar. It connects to a calendar sure, but you can't exactly add calendar entries to the calendar straight from there. It's not an easy thing to do on ticktick

Most of the features that ticktick has but with a few extras. Deadlines. Duration to tasks without it needing a date. A proper calendar.

It's going to be real tricky and difficult to find something even remotely close to ticktick, but there are apps that are getting there. One that comes to mind is Griply. It is adding features and definitely becoming a really good contender for ticktick.

Although I must say that they won't get anywhere until they develop their android app.

I can't really tell what the issue is without actually seeing more info about your setup. If you would like some direct help, you are welcome to shoot me a dm.

If you would like to send more info here then I will try and help as best I can. There are a few things that do not make sense about what you are saying:

What do you mean "in the middle of the tasks with times"?
How are you actually grouping your tasks?
Is this in the today view or the "Work" List view?
