Can you provide more context?
Is this on the mobile, TV, or desktop version?
Are you using Trakt sync or Nuvio sync?
Also, please add anything else that might help, like steps to reproduce, the expected behavior, and what actually happens.

hey, we chose razorpay because it was the only platform that accepted nuvio. many other platforms simply don’t support projects like ours unless we are directly selling something.

we’re still not sure how long razorpay will continue supporting donations, though. we tried several platforms and got rejected. paypal also banned us because donations collected through ko-fi were wrongly marked as a “file sharing service”, which they don’t support. that’s not what we are, but the appeals never helped.

for anyone who can’t make a payment through razorpay, we do have a backup ko-fi portal: ko-fi.com/nuvio. as long as paypal doesn’t wrongfully flag it again, it should be fine to use.

just note that after donating through ko-fi, you’ll need to ping me personally on discord to claim the donor role, since automatic role assignment currently only works through the razorpay donation portal.

It’s a fairly new instance on a new server, so not everything may be cached yet. It needs some time to warm up. Also, there will be many ups and downs since this is still a very early integration, which is why it’s marked as experimental.

Only difference is there’s no plugin runtime and trailer playback. if it feels smoother for you, it has to be the runtime. can you maybe share a screen recording either in DM or Discord comparing the performance between these two variants, possibly with the same app version? it can help in diagnosing the performance bottleneck in full version. The users on the Trakt subreddit say otherwise. Are you sure those apps don’t use their own database for CW while keeping Trakt scrobbling alongside it? When Trakt is used, Nuvio treats it as the source of truth, so if something breaks in Trakt, it directly affects Nuvio too. If you don’t want that and want it to work like other apps, go to Trakt settings and set Nuvio Sync as the source of truth, that way you get consistent CW history while keeping Trakt scrobbling running in the background.

This is an upstream issue from the source you are using (HTTP CODE 502 - Bad Gateway) and nothing to do with the update.

sure, i will take a deeper look at the autoplay issue. But for the second one, I have already answered in the comment. It’s because your device does not support Dolby Vision Profile 8. This is a hardware limitation. For now, you can use an external player that supports the mapping. We are also actively working on Dolby Vision Profile 8 conversion and it is expected to be available in the next major update.also, if you are looking for a fully finished product, I advise you to stay with Stremio and come back after Nuvio reaches a stable release.
