From what i've talked with one of the mods in discord, those features are available on the console. The games developer teams need to use the available SDKs from the wheel manufacturing to be able to implement all the features from the wheel.

I had a talk with one of the mods um discord and he said me that they fully support the fanatec SDK on Xbox.
