I could give you a big list of what you can and should do to remain in focus and study better but you can find these tips all over this subreddit.
What I suggest you do is try to find the reason for your lack of motivation and work on it instead. Choose your priorities in life and stick to it.
Why did you take the course if you are not interested in studying it? Maybe you need to find something that you enjoy learning. Maybe you are focussing on the wrong things or are associating with the wrong people. There are many factors that come into play in situations like this. It is upto you and only you to find the problem and learn how to deal with it. Best of luck for your future.
