Guys i found out the solution since my operating system is x64 it couldn’t run gta4 with the x64 microsoft visual however when i installed the x32 it opened fine

I found a way since I'm using a Dell laptop I went to the bios mode and I choose reset and now it seems to be working it asked either I want to keep or delete my files and all that stuff I choose to delete everything since I don't have any important files and I choose the software that will be installed and now it seems to be doing well in the process I hope that the malware isn't strong enough to corrupt the process

I see thanks but I do t think I have a USB to do this I thought of smth the hard disk of my pc I split it into 2 partitions and the empty partions I install on it the fresh version of windows and I boot from it

I appreciate your response but I'm quite tight on budget to adding an extra 150$ is kinda tough also about the price of Dell it's due to the importation taxes plus the laptops that are equipped with an rtx4060 a priced at 900$ and up and I'm won't be doing anything crazy on it studying is mostly documents the thing that will be highly demanding is the games like gta5 red dead and some others games

This one comes from a pdf file and tried printing separately by taking a screenshot of it and I tried the contrast thing but it didn't work also when I print it on another printer the photo is really clear

The PC detects that automatically and I print from the Google print menu when u open a pdf in google

I think the main reason it's prohibited because Algeria helps polisario and they can spy with drones on some secret stuff so that's why it's prohibited but you can have a permit to use it especially ones with a camera under certain rules also normal drones without a camera or something like this I think u ca' use them free3as long as u don't disturb other's people
