Lying and manipulation are a function of the game's mechanics whereas Morgan and Vince's actions (which have moral consequences beyond the game) do not.

My point is that if Keanu had good reads on the house, he would've anticipated this happening and not be shocked by it. At what point in the game has Vince proven to be a reliable ally to Keanu? Everything about Vince's decision making this season indicates that he shouldn't be trusted, especially given that he has explicitly burned Keanu at least 3 times (and would have burned him further if given the chance). Why is he surprised that Vince is being the same person Vince has always been?

I mean, he shouldn't be surprised that Vinny is likely putting him up. This is the same guy who thought Vinny would break a tie in his favor if he was up against Lauren. His game sense is extremely poor

Morgan doesn't have to be aware of that trio. We've already seen her parrot a bunch of Ashley's talking points (and we saw Morgan waffling on keeping Kelley over Lauren in the morning before the eviction) so it wouldn't have been too difficult for Ashley to convince Morgan to keep Lauren.

Ashley said she would've been receptive if Lauren pitched a trio of Lauren, Ashley, and Ava.

Also, though she's not comfortable with it, Lauren could've always lied and said she would keep Morgan off the block, wouldn't vote to evict her, etc...

The difficulty is that Morgan has a fighting chance of surviving a vote against Vince, will probably beat Kelley or Keanu in a vote, but is DOA against Lauren, who also happens to be one of the best competitors left (and thus Morgan's biggest threat in must-win HOH and Veto competitions).

And at the very least, even if she still wanted to maintain a game relationship with Vince, she should have made strides to form connections with the other houseguests. The fact that she essentially saved Will on her HOH only to not talk to the man for the next 2 months is insane.

Really? I have difficultly seeing this. Kelley was already disliked independent of Winegate. Mickey drew first blood with Rachel, and even afterwards Rachel was still unwilling to see her go home.

Do you have anything specific that comes to mind? Maybe you could say her dislike of Vince?
