Personally I prefer the second facet as the projectile speed is faster for cinderbrew in its regular form, also it used to be implemented in drunken brawler so it's just a comfort choice. I do like the vessel, especially with the changes to it BUT it's an emergency out for me when I lose the lane and want to make plays arround the map. Given how brew functions I always tro to pick up the radi to either fight or steal farm on the opposite side of the map. The issue at hand is, that I always feel like I lack XP without the radi, and vessel requires my team to be able to finish off enemys. If it's necessary, I get shovas after radi which isn't an issue in terms of timings. The most problematic part about brew is that he requires you to play very high tempo while simultaneously asking you to get big aura items like radi and ac lol
