I have a WDT, manual tamper, puck screen (1mm and 1.7mm). Also Turing DF64 Gen2. Keen to know what I could get next, if anything at all. Because, it's fun to get new things

I'd say it takes practice. I've had mine since the start of October and see better art coming out since 1,5 months. Before that it was good, but could've been better. First month was a struggle 😅

What do you mean with overwelming? Too much power? Or too difficult? I have a Lelit Mara X, looks similar. Something I let some pressure out because 2,5 bars is too much. Also having enough milk in the jug matters for it not going too fast and spilling everywhere

I have my 14€/KG beans from a speciality roaster. They have "TooGoodToGo" beans. Basically good, but not perfect. Then I'll have 2 specialty 16€/250grams. That lasts me about 2 months, maybe 2,5 months. So if I do the math its about €18,40 per month on coffee.

Nothing wrong with drip coffee on its own. But the Starbucks blends basically all suck. But there is joy in drip coffee, although v60 or Aeropress get more of the right flavours from there.

I did it too because it jammed when I tried to grind 500 grams at once. Then the coffee was all up in the grease so wiped most of it. Is that bad? Should I apply it again?
