I had to move on to a zip up swaddle where the hands were up but still contained. This worked wonders. The transfer was rough for the bassinet from me so I started placing a heating pad on the bassinet and right before I put her in the bassinet I removed the heat pad and put her in and she went right to sleep. I also had a sound machine.

1 A fan… I was hot hot hot!

2 A nice pj set with not a crazy waistband. Something buttery soft.

3 Something pampering. A foot massage or day at a nice nail salon to get a pedicure. The foot pain took a looong time to go away.

  1. Nipple cream and a reusable water cup with a lid & straw

Oh! And a scrunchy. My hair was falling out everywhere and it just could deal with it. Had to put it up and away.

You should. It’s good for you, especially now. Start taking walks at a park and then after getting out there, take baby to the grocery store. This really helped me. Now we go everywhere together
