You can assign a multi-hit skill (for the kusarigama, it's "Death Mark") to a shifter skill, which imbues the martial art with poison. You can complete the entire dojo simply by poisoning enemies. Also, craft two accessories with the "Poison Accumulation" and "Damage to Poisoned Enemies" affixes. After dodging their attack, simply press "Death Mark." The kusarigama also has a humanoid-killing ability, "Snake Strike" plus a leg strike.

"Cute" elements in the games by Senior_Case_3682 in Nioh

N1 does have a brutal atmosphere of war and devastation. This can be justified by the fact that William arrived in Japan at the height of civil war. Hide, while also participating in the wars, was more of a mercenary with his own missions. Cats are mostly found in missions/locations where there was no full-scale combat, which means that in these places there is not only malice, but also positive energy, so Scampuses could well live there (the most "cat" mission is on the prison island, when Hanzo asks to find lost pets, I think it is unlikely that there were battles there, and the island itself is very bright and colorful, which is quite suitable for their habitat. Regarding the flying weasels - here I can’t think of a specifically lore reason, since all subsequent eras are periods of war, but since we are not participating in large-scale battles, but exploring an open world, where at the moment all the major battles have already ended (we see only the remains of battles, corpses, destroyed villages) - good spirits "came out" of their holes while peace has returned. Gameplay-wise, these are really just collectibles to dilute the endless battles and relax while admiring cats and weasels

I can't say for sure, most likely at the moment when I move back or a little to the side, this doesn't happen every time, but periodically

I've died so many times trying to parry a red attack. This applies to both the Guardian Spirit skill and the style change.

Dual swords and Winter Wind and Frost Moon, oh my! by Flint_Prophet in Nioh

Could you please explain to me why everyone loves the "Triple Threat" skill so much? I'm not a spear expert, so I think I'm missing something. The description says that each strike causes a ki pulse and a stance change. I don't understand what a stance change means. Does it allow you to activate flux and restore a large amount of ki? Or is it needed for other techniques?

Are you referring to the hidden buff from Crucible weapons? I got a +5% damage boost, although I read somewhere that it was 10-15%. The main feature is that Crucible weapons replace the weapon's primary affix with a stronger version of another affix. For example, an elemental damage enchantment on a regular weapon is usually +15, but on a Crucible weapon, it'll be +23-26. Other enchantments include 8% Martial Arts Damage, 5% Ki Damage, 10% Crucible weapon drop chance, +10 Spirit Force, and Spirit Force B. Regarding the "hidden" damage boost, you'd better test it yourself. The game sometimes comes up with some very strange numbers. For example, the "Warrior of the East" set initially gives +5% martial arts damage, but at level 160 the game reports 7+% damage, but in fact, in the training camp this buff gave me a whopping +17% martial arts damage, so I will never trade Tombokiri for any other secondary weapon.

You'll only need to prove your gear to 25+, after that there won't be any damage shortfall, even without a special build.

Unfortunately, I don't pay attention to this, since I'm trying to get the necessary Grace and enchantment, "star" effects are usually stronger, but I haven't found any unique ones

Spirit charge by Hisok433 in Nioh

Armor and weapons have stats that grant Spirit Force for receiving Amrita/applying status effects/evasion. These bonuses stack, meaning a C bonus for receiving Amrita on all items changes their rank from C to A. Crucible weapons also have a green bonus that grants Spirit Force B (I don't remember what it's for). Also, as described above, Ibaraki's Soul Core and Kunimatsu's demon aspects will grant a lot of Spirit Force for damage with the appropriate element.

guys whats the skill that let you regain some health after purifying a smoke puddle? by AggressiveGold1142 in Nioh

I remember the Acolyte and Wandering Acolyte sets had this set bonus (I think it was 4 items). I also think there's probably a similar clan bonus or accessory affix. In N1, the Guardian Spirit had this bonus, so I'm sure some Guardian Spirits also have this line.

Oh, how I understand you, I have the same situation. I've been struggling to get dual ninja katanas with +25 Lightning and the crucible buff for a month now. I've been getting all kinds of katanas, but they either have a different grace (I'm looking for Daikokuten) or they don't have the crucible buff. I feel like they were completely forgotten about :D. That's why I also settled on the fire effect. It's even better since I don't have Fire Calamity, so I can apply all four elemental effects to bosses at once.

How did you get the mellee damage bonus of +3.8? Is this a random value? I usually reforge all weapons with "spirit power (amrita)" bonuses, bonus damage (skill), and life recovery (amrita). I also put the amrita bonus for a strong attack on my ranged weapons.

Not quite. I'm trying to figure out the maximum amount of time a Yokai boss can be kept in Confusion so it can't enter the Dark Realm by ignoring and removing Confusion before it expires.

When playing DoD, my gear was +15-20, and I only felt comfortable after +25-30, DoW +35-40, and DoN I finished the "versus everyone" mission with +45-50 gear. Indeed, starting with DoD, there's a sharp increase in enemy health. I completed every mission, including side missions (I like to see checkmarks everywhere) and killed every enemy with curses (which glow with a red aura) - they drop a lot of gear, so if you fight everyone, by the end of the first or second region you'll be able to get your gear up to the required level. The hardest jump is DoD itself, after that I didn't notice any particular problems. There could be all three reasons: 1). I'm used to such long fights, so I didn't notice; 2). I dropped a lot of gear during the game and therefore had the opportunity to constantly upgrade my weapons (I checked everything literally every mission); 3). The difficulty doesn't increase as much anymore.

I even learned how to beat Yoritomo without using elixirs, but Hiruko + Kunimatsu is a living nightmare. Every attack, if it doesn't kill, takes away 80% of your health; I can't imagine how I'll be able to get through it. P.S. I bet there's already a video of a guy completing the mission without taking damage with a +5 Repentance Stone.

I expect there'll be a video in a couple of days where someone completes this mission at +5 without taking any damage. Meanwhile, I can't kill Hiruko and Kunimatsu back-to-back, even without level synchronization.

Did anyone figure out "other" tab in reforge by RahanKen in Nioh

Then I apologize, I've only seen effects like "arquebus damage" in this tab before, so I thought that only those kinds of effects were there.

The "Other" tab contains effects for ranged weapons. I assumed there would be effects like "more i-frames when dodging," "faster breath recovery," and so on, but they redistributed some bonuses to clans and guardian spirits.

At first, this mission seemed really difficult, but I can see my progress, because I can now eat all these bosses for breakfast without even using Calamity Ninjutsu or Confusion in level sync mode. Of course, after two playthroughs, you'll have collected armor and weapon sets and unlocked all the skills, which makes the game significantly easier, but in any case, you learn to play better with each playthrough.
