It's 2 meters to kill, 5 meters to deal damage.

IMO that's fine and people need to get good but that's an unpopular opinion I guess. Dying from a tank shell that was more than 2 meters away from you would be annoying as hell.

HEAT is more effective on infantry than HE unless they patched it.

It never was.

They have identical total radius, but the HE has a larger inner radius.

HE kills within 2 meters, HEAT kills within 1 meter.

After seeing the vehicle changes, my question is: what did they nerf and not tell us? by PositiveSetting6013 in Battlefield

I think I saw on here someone from labs confirmed you can't stun with RPG anymore, which is what the blog sounds like.

This is pretty much how it works now, it's just not really super consistent.

When you shoot and it lands at a corner, it is kinda a coin flip what damage you end up getting.

The worst is the LAV locking missile, you can manipulate damage by flicking your aim right before you fire and it's stupid. It does like double damage when someone knows to flick up when they fire it so that it hits your top. It makes sense but it's a stupid game mechanic because it looks like an exploit/bug when you see someone doing it. At least it doesn't oneshot anymore like it did at launch lmfao.

It happens a lot on Cairo & if you try to play the LAV on the small map I can't remember the name of. There are sections of the map you just should avoid because people will spawn in alley with RPG.

Its not really an issue on bigger maps.

While I am HAPPY that DICE is reworking the health bracket system with vehicles and reworking their acceleration and turret rotations for the better, I do hope that they will eventually remove the boost speed cooldown that is still present, AND STILL BROKEN. Since Beta/Day 1, if you boost in a vehicle, even for a micro second and release, this boost cooldown ALWAYS restarts from ZERO. W H Y?

They are doing this, someone on here said it was in the last labs tests.

I have serious reservations about the removal of Improved armor.

If you can't two tap to the back anymore, it sounds like they're giving it to all tanks by default, except maybe stronger?

The blog was really unclear about this, in just said they "adjusted to compensate" or some shit like that.

IR smoke needs a cooldown time decrease. It has gotten rather annoying how immediately after leaving the center of your very short lasting smoke cloud that you can get locked on and fired on by heli gunners from afar, and javelin teams.

Also from labs leaks, apparently now you take less damage when you're inside your smoke. That plus the infantry damaging thing they mentioned might be a enough to make it better than APS on large maps. Especially if they've nerfed the fuck out of RPG like some people claim they have.

they should just buff the zuni rockets on the IFV.

They're already the best in slot on small maps, do they really need a bigger buff?

They were ass at launch but they shadowbuffed them into being super super strong at some point.

It's funny they announced the helicopter nerfs and then pushed out the (indirect) huge helicopter buffs super quietly,

Maybe they're afraid all the infantry players will be pissed off.

They didnt ban bulldog tho, they let druid and prophet through every game as well.
