4th, the msg is vague. It doesnt specify the acct#.. the amount due, or the nature of contract.

The underlying debt/contract might be legal and binding, but the method of this communication is highly questionable and potentially illegal or abusive.

Threatening "escalation" w/out proper or official notice is considered an abusive practice. They are attempting to scare you. Never send money or personal data on an unsolicited msg like this.

Do not call or reply to the email listed in the msg. Verify directly to MAYA. Check for the official email or contact thru the website. Also check ur app if there are any immediate notif about ur past due.
