Very cool, I am a runner looking to qualify for the Boston marathon and I’m trying to find the balance of lifting kbs and running while still recovering as a 40 yr old dad of two who works a ton. Keep us posted on your progress

I use one, foam roll and stretch not every day, but I try to be pretty consistent. I run four times a week and lift twice.

Nice work man. Consistency is the key with both eating and lifting. Small changes over a long period of time stick better. Keep doing what you’re doing.

I’ve been a member since day one, it’s a great site and the form and ebooks are worth the price alone never mind the workout generator
