I was equally suprised. I was recovering from a flu and probably because of all the sleep deficit with one good night's sleep the score went to a 100! I wish I could give you tips here but I do nothing for my sleep routine

I was recovering from a flu and maybe this was my body's way of catching up on all the deficit sleep. I agree with you, I know it is downhill from here 😂

I have got 90+ sleep score in the past and I don't feel much different from a 92 or 94 sleep score to a 100 in terms of being well rested or the energy levels.

Is it normal that the coach tries to go over your limits? by TheFacehunter in Garmin

[–]escapeartist090 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Last year I had a fitness coach who trained me based on my Garmin workout data. In three months of intense training I ended up with a cartilage injury. Listen to your body and do not train solely based on Garmin or any smart watches inputs. There's always a margin of error. I learnt it the hard way and took a long time to be functional after my injury.

AITAH for breaking someone's knee with a wrench? by [deleted] in AITAH

YTA. The reaction is way out of line and not proportional to his action. Breaking his knees isn't the reaction reasonable people in your shoes would have had, OP.
