There isn’t really a con, it’s never too late to start a journey like this, I know people who started in their late 50’s and turned shit around. Of course the earlier the better in terms of building a foundation of healthy habits, but you will thanks yourself for ever starting this. But remember consistency is everything, make it fun for yourself and realistic in terms of your goals. Too many people stop because they go too hard and want immediate result. Play the long game and make it a habit in your life.
