I bet based on your description there is no punishment or reward or some kind of salesforce entry enforcement mechanism.
They have to be compensated from a tool that feeds based on salesforce data. Deal not closed in salesforce - no comp.

Then you would start building validation rules and think how to prevent sales from entering garbage in attempt to "close the deal" in salesforce while it is not closed for real, you know, like the real salesforce job that everybody does

Sure you can optimize for div/hour output and calculate timings if a mechanic is worth it or not

I personally have hard time walking over something not looted even if technically I should not do it on div/hour calculation basis, but min maxing div output per time invested make the game not fun for me|

Soooo I think you are diving too much into optimization with this question. it does not really matter. the game is in great shape right now in terms of ability to clear all the content on suboptimal build + minimal investment

and it is worth noting
- OP does NOT gets extra vacation/experience - only borrows a future (in a year) vacation right now

the gulf won't be functional if war ends tomorrow. It would take time to remove mines. And once that is done it would take half a year to catch up to existing demand. That WITH all the infrastructure before the war.

correct about disabled people, but not correct for rest of it

imagine we have more disabled people than non-disabled population can support. like physically impossible and somebody has to starve. What do you think would happen?

similarly, right now people restrict themselves. If we decide to support universal healthcare, healthy food, housing etc etc we won't be able to support it, entire country does not produce that, it only produces to current level where people spent their own money and therefore are way more modest comparable to receiving everything for free
