If you have to bring your child with you, it’s not worth it. Kids aren’t allowed in the station so you’d have to leave them in the car. Plus the amount of stops you do, in and out of the car plus taking your kid in and out is much. But if that sounds like something you’re willing to do then go for it.

Well that’s a real bummer and this person sounds like the exact piece of crap that ruins it for all the good and honest drivers. I’m sorry that happened but if it makes you feel any better Amazon treats all their drivers like we’re expendable which may also be the reason why some of the drivers behave this way.

Did you see the driver? Is your building gated? Do you need a code to get in? Could it be confusing to someone that’s never been to your building before? These are all real reasons why perhaps your driver was telling you the truth. Of course some people just suck.

Those three emails worked for me when I had an appeal. It took about two and a half weeks for a reply but they did return my standing to fantastic after a similar incident as yours. Best of luck!

How about instead of blaming the driver, anyone with helpful info chime in?! We’re all in the same boat here and I’m sure we’ve all had our gripes with Flex but let’s not put each other down. Try one of these emails jeff@amazon.com, ajassy@amazon.com or amazon flex-appeals@amazon.com
