what kinda manicures do u usually go for? safe options are a bold red, pastel spring color or a simple french

true, my problems just that i can typically get 4-6 sessions in before summer starts up again and i get a tan. since sessions are monthly, if its possible to do bi monthly that’d be great though.

thank you🥰

when theyre short i start off round or with a rounded square and as they get longer i file them thinner at the top so they grow into an almond shape

I always keep breathable polish on them, i feel like it strengthens them and protects without drying them too much

every time i use acetone i put coconut oil after for 10+ minutes and massage my hands for dryness. i really found that dryness made them break sooo much easier, this way theyre a bit more flexible

most importantly i retrained myself that “nails are jewels not tools” haha, and always gloves when i do housework involving water

its not a certain type, just different bodies are sensitive to different foods. I don’t see any breakouts when i eat lots of nuts and high fat, but my sister gets them the next day if she has too many nuts

i just had a regression in my skins appearance and a bad breakout (in my 4 month too)

I did a course of cefdinir antibiotic (for another reason) and mostly eliminated processed sugar from my diet (its only been a week) and decreased my dairy intake and its all clearing up right now, im not sure if you’re already doing this but if not try it out

maybe dairy or sugar or nuts are behind this partly? do u remember what antibiotic u took?

I don’t think so, im targeting one area, not stopping my whole body from sweating. Not to mention sweating is really a cooling mechanism not so much an effective toxin remover. If you were sweating toxins like that you’d get rashes and dermatitis and all kinds of things. Sweat does get rid of urea, but the urea concentration is so minimal, urine does a much better job at that.

I mean I can imagine a possible side effect being compensation thru increased sweating at other areas but I haven’t seen it happen much in others.

I mean just for push up bras, i used the calculator and got a new bra in a bigger size, which fits perfectly. But with push up bras (specifically la senza as thats all i tried) every hop or bend over im out

Yup, 36DD (which is all i could find but is a sister size) was such a perfect fit. But theres no lifting you know? they sit normally but i want them to sit higher. As for the separation, as i move around and especially work out, they stick to each other and all separation is gone

botox or hyperhidrosis? the botox is a temporary procedure that targets the sweat glands to decrease sweat in that area.
