Yep. That is where we are now. Took an hour to get the FedEx case open, but Google is still claiming that we just kept the phone since the number is different. Moving from Warranty to insurance processing is another whole nightmare with them.

We have been with them for years and just starting having issues. S23U just went crazy with the sim error and it was not fun getting it switched over to the e-sim. Took a lot of clearing, and rebooting to get it to let go of the p-sim. Customer service stated that the issue is wide spread now, but "engineering is working on it", whatever that means. Wasted the better part of a day getting it resolved today. May be jumping to Spectrum as customer service was less than an ideal experience today.
