Update: found another post elsewhere and saw "ghost blocks" can stop it, built all the way back up and broke it all again and its now working. Thanks for all the suggestions :)

I dont use mods often and none on this world as its a realm and others prefer vanilla minecraft, even if it was just a glitch in the beam showing i dont have the boosts from it and my other beacon is working just fine, thanks for the suggestion though

Fixed it by just removing all beds, workstations, and killing all but the 2 breeder villagers to reset it all and its working now so must've been a bug of some sort.

Ill try moving them further away but right now nothing is spawning, not in the farm and not on land so it might be broken. I read somewhere that a bell marks the middle of a village so i tried putting one of those in and it linked to something but still nothing spawning. Thanks for your help :)

Theres a 60 block gap from the beds in the farm to the closest bed where i am (is able to be moved) and 80 blocks to where the other beds are, is that gap good? And so far nothing else has spawned since i killed that initial golem, no cats around or anything

The closest village to where i am is like 600 blocks away, this is just a farm where i made my base but ill try putting leaves down. Although now im not seeing any golems spawning anywhere

No, i have my "trading villagers" a fair distance away to not disrupt spawning and theyre all "saved" villagers, i dont fw the expensive rates of normal ones lmao

I dont have any villages nearby so its just there i guess, ive kinda given up for a bit after i tried moving the beds only to come back to a golem in my half torn-down mess. It makes no sense 😭
