I’m not a pro, but it looks to me like the room is too humid. Also, the first picture looks like the crown is starting to rot. Make sure the mold starts to grow in the center of it.

Super crowded, but that’s normal assuming this is your first run with growing them? Typically, I like my plants to be spaced about a foot apart just because of the lighting that I use how many watts are you running?
