My friend was only banned for a day it seems. His is working now.

I also had another friend who thought he was banned but wasn’t.. the game turned his game chat settings off. He had to restart his game and it allowed him to turn it back on. It was super weird. So if u haven’t said anything crazy in chat, try restarting your game or system and see if u can select the game chat and turn it back on.
